As women, we're bombarded with messages about how our bodies should look. Whether it's the ideal shape, size, colour, or weight, the standards can feel impossible to meet. But who gets to decide what's perfect? Not them, but us.
I've chosen to love my body, imperfections & all. It's not flawless (it’s not believe me), but it's mine—it tells a story of strength & resilience. I've worked hard for it, & that's something to be proud of.
Perfection is an unattainable goal, & I've learned to embrace my body just as it is. But it hasn't always been easy.
Here’s the thing, I don't exercise every day because I'm fixated on my weight or worried about losing progress. I move because it makes me feel good, because it's my way of taking care of myself.
Skipping my workouts doesn't just impact my physical health—it affects my mental well-being too, making it harder to over come the challenges ahead. It's not just about strength; it's about staying strong—physically & mentally—for whatever life brings.
